The Executive Committee of the Town hereby begs to announce that the Town Committee, at its meeting held on July 10, 1908, resolved to donate 15,000 crowns for humanitarian and charitable purposes on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the reign of His Majesty the Emperor.
Of this, 5,000 crowns for the maintenance of the orphanage, 6,000 crowns for a public building, 3,000 crowns for the construction of a public bath and 1,000 crowns for a soup kitchen for the poor.
However, in order to show patriotic feelings outwardly and to create a visible sign of loyalty of our population, the fringe association, in agreement with the city council, has erected a memorial stone with a relief of our emperor in a new part of our city park and will unveil it on 30 August. At that time the results of the collection for the child will be sent in and the corporation will pay tribute to him.

On the basis of the highest authority of His Imperial Majesty the Minister of the Interior, by Decree No. 8510 of 17 September 1908, granted the Ornamental Society in Moravian New Town permission to erect a memorial stone decorated with the Supreme Image of His Apostolic Majesty in Kaiser Park in Moravian New Town.
